We are able to stay completely on top of our projects because we only build homes within a 20 minute drive of our office in St. Charles. Our company staff and our team of subcontractors are local. Staying local allows us to provide the superior service and quality we have become known for. Our Customers either select a lot from our inventory of exceptional lots or they may wish for us to build on a lot they already own.

Number of Homes We Build Each Year

We build 4 – 6 custom homes per year, and 95% of those houses are completed on or ahead of schedule. Limiting the number of homes we build allows us to be fully involved with our Customers through the entire planning and construction process. This limited production is just right: small enough to be fully involved with our Customers, yet large enough to maximize the commitment of our subcontractors.
