DESCRIPTION: "Beige Buster"
The "Beige Buster" has been a description
given to our luxury home model. Yes, dramatic use of color,
texture, and materials has been used in to create balance,
warmth, interest, and composition in our shingle style home.
Once inside, a guest will not be disappointed. Varying colors
and materials with arts and crafts influences are used throughout.
Custom maple doors & trim with endless details grace the
interior.
Although there is plenty
of "wow" is this home, we are most proud of the
subtle details that can easily go unnoticed on a quick visit.
These sophisticated touches work together in what appears
simple, but in fact are planned in tremendous detail.
1St FLOOR: Warmth, Openness,
Flexibility
The first floor has a 5th bedroom / study with a private full
bath. The state of the art kitchen has floor to ceiling maple
cabinetry, a large serving bar, and a secret walk-in pantry.
Maple beams & bead board on the great room's ceiling give
warmth and age. The masonry fireplace has a stone raised hearth
and custom maple trim with built-in mirrors. Ceiling beams
in the dining room mimic the prairie style architecture of
the windows. The mud room has generous space with 5 built
in lockers, a bench, and slate floors.
2ND
FLOOR:
The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms with
3 baths and a large playful bonus room over the 3 car garage.
Each bedroom has unique features: bead board ceiling with
beams, window seat, barrow ceiling, niches, laundry chute,
indirect lighting, borrowed lights, on and on.
