MARK FODGE, OPERATIONS MANAGER
I have been involved in building homes for over 15 years. I started as a carpenter specializing in trim, then I learned how to rough frame. I eventually became a Master Carpenter. I love creating things with my hands and some of the work I am most proud of in the houses we build is the trim that I crafted myself or cabinets that I made. It's important to me to stay on top of the changes in the building industry, so I frequently take courses provided by the Home Builders Association of Illinois.

My job is to take each project from the permitting stage to completion. I do all the scheduling, make sure everything passes inspections, order all customer selections, and insure that the correct selections are installed - basically I oversee all the day-to-day details of the project.

The thing I like best about my job is working with the homeowners - I really get to know them well and I enjoy building their dream home.

I live in St. Charles and have 3 kids and 3 grandkids. In my free time I love being outdoors. I build and fly radio controlled airplanes, camp, and take to the open road on my motorcycle.
